The 3rd July, 2015 will see the third Employee Ownership Day celebrated by members of the Employee Ownership Association (EOA).
Representatives from 3BM, along with a number of other members will take part in roundtable discussions on employee ownership, better performance, and good management.
There are 4 speakers that are taking part in the discussions include;
- Patrick Woodman, Head of External Affairs at CMI
- Professor Roger Steare, Corporate Philosopher in residence at Cass Business School on the MoralDNA™ of employee owned companies
- Professor Vlatka Hlupic, University of Westminster author of “The Management Shift – How to Harness the Power of People and Transform Your Organisation for Sustainable Success
- Richard Marr, Chief Operating Officer of Eaga Trust on its perspective on employee ownership
In addition to the four speakers, 3BM will be accompanied at the roundtable by representatives from Ernst & Young, Kellogg College, the Chartered Institute, Tibbalds Planning, Urban Design, Make Architects, Arup, and Oxford.
