Indy joined 3BM in 2021 as Planning Director. Prior to this he ran an independent planning consultancy called Resolution Planning, that he founded in 2013. Prior to this he had planning roles at Savills, RPS Planning, Shoosmiths Solicitors and Northamptonshire County Council. Indy is responsible for project managing a range of planning appraisals, applications, appeals, and community consultation activities.
Up to now, Indy has been involved in a range of projects across the planning spectrum, developing a particular specialism in education development. In the last 8 years, he has successfully secured planning permission for over 20,000 new student places within the UK education sector. This includes circa 10,000 primary school places, 10,000 secondary school places and over 950 college spaces.
