Samantha joined 3BM in 2013, leading on Human Resources, Customer Service, Quality Assurance and Marketing, having previously worked in both the public and private sectors for over 20 years.
As a CIPD Associate, employee well-being, motivation and development are a key function of her role. Being the head of HR for an employee-owned organisation utilises her skills in communications, talent acquisition, staff retention and engaging with people to succeed.
She is our lead for our employee well-being programme, a mental health first aider and the Head of our Apprenticeship and Work Placement Programme.
